Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

To start a return, contact us at team@homestandardshop.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@homestandardshop.com.

Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale
